I have only done one shop and have received this request from the same company. A company has contracted me to fill a shop for them that they could not find anyone else to do. I have to drive an hour to do a separate shop and also an audit. So my question is what is a reasonable amount to ask for a bonus? I do not want to ask too much so that I am not approached by this company again but I do not want to ask too little for my time.

Great job on coordinating your shop! This was my first offer so I don't think I asked for enough but I did get three shops for next week so its all good :) I am glad I got to help her out of a crunch!

I have made a few mistakes too but I get a hold of my MSP rep right away and talk to her about it. She has let a couple of things slide. As long as we keep the communication open with the MSP I think they are willing to help us out.
I want to give a huge shout out to my MSP rep Melanie! She is so positive and quick with her responses to my questions and help whenever I make a mistake. She is awesome!
