Hi Mary,

You can simply type in www.iSSprep.com in your browser navigation bar and it will take to to the iSSprep site - you can login using the same credentials as you would on iSecretShop.com.

I hope this helps!

Gillian from Las Vegas, NV here!

Hi there, welcome!

To me, it's the excitement of "playing the part" on a shop, and the fact that I'm doing something good and contributing to the improvement of someone's business :)

I hope you find plenty of exciting shopping experiences and then tell us what's your favorite part!

That's an excellent observation Patrick, thank you! :)

New shopper

Exactly like Tara said - if you want to see more shops, you can set the search distance filter (in the upper-left corner of the Available Shops page, above the map) to 50 or 100 miles, and click the search button (a small magnifying glass symbol in that same row) - that will show you the available shops in the wider area around you.

Is there a limit to the level on the badges?

You're welcome!

As for rescheduling - it does not affect your shopper score. Canceling shops, or having them declined or canceled when they expire - that causes you to lose points, but your score (and your badges) do not suffer when you reschedule.

As for higher level badges - perhaps in time, as more and more shoppers reach lvl 5 badges for shop specialties, higher levels could be introduced to differentiate them, it's definitely not an interesting thought.

Cheers!.

Tara is absolutely right!

The best thing you can do is stay persistent and keep requesting and doing shops - the more you do the easier it becomes to get them and to complete them. Also, here's a few things I figured out recently (might not be the case with all MSPs, but worth trying):

-"Diversify" early on - do a different kind of shop every week if you can, pretty soon you'll have several different badges, making your name look more appealing in a ton of other requests.

-Grab the "easy to get" shops as soon as they are posted - those shops that are posted in large numbers, keep an eye on when they are usually posted (weekly and monthly) and self-assign or request them as soon as they come out.

-Be the "last minute assist" shopper for those "hard to get scheduled" shops - the schedulers will love you for this, and there are usually several of these shops open at the end of the month, and they often have bonuses too, so if you request them then, you have a very good chance of getting them, and making a few more bucks than usually :)

I hope this helps!
