hope someone can help, carried out an assignment last month and it was approved - I did expect to be getting the money back on the 15th as per the little bit of text on the app. Can anyone advise?

I’m the same still waiting for payment from January hotels - the app shows paid in February but they didn’t pay my PayPal and Didn’t have my bank details at that point as I’d never done any jobs on quest. Now no reply’s today emails and calls and I’ve just done a further two jobs!

I’ve been paid overnight too for my ‘February’ assignment, yet still no pay for the January one even though it states paid. I’ve always had a PayPal on file - so yet again waiting for a reply to my email.

Hi, this is the same for me. I have tried calling, emailing, even passing someone my bank details and still no payment.

I am very disappointed to be honest and if it’s not paid soon I will be looking to take it further to get my money back. I totally understand the current situation isn’t helping anyone however this problem started before this!

Finally after a lot of chasing last month I got what I was expecting and likewise received this months pay via bank transfer although I know another who got paid via PayPal.
