Shopping Scout Certificate (or other certificates)

Had an available shop that showed up today but it required a "shopping scout" certificate. I have seen other shops with different certificate requirements as well. How do I obtain these certifications so I am eligible for these types of shops?

Complete your learning modules and attend the seminar available on Tuesday evening followed by a test.
