Hello Eloisa,


Once assigned a shop, you will see the notes for the shop and links for the guidelines and questions in a PDF format. Read those before your shop. The questions for you to answer are behind the icons on the screen. The icons serve as the sections. Click an icon to open the section and answer the questions.


Submitting the shop consists of pressing the Finalize button, which only appears after you have answered all the questions. If you miss a question or fail to enter the start/stop time and date, it won’t appear.

Finding past shops I completed

Hi Lisa,


in the main login screen, click on the Payments icon. All accepted shops are there. If you have anything in editing, they won’t show up until it’s been approved and accepted. Some MSPs can take a few weeks for editing though.

Points system

The system awards 20 points for successfully completed shops.


The system deducts 30 points for removed/cancelled/shops completed incorrectly or rejected.


The points are added/removed automatically as soon as the MSP clicks the button. The scheduler can request the points be adjusted if it’s an issue with a client cancelled project or something of the like.


The system works to hold shoppers accountable for their work.
