I am new (again) to this group but not new to mystery shopping. I've been doing written shops for about 12 years and have had video equipment for 8. I get so anxious with the video that I am sporadic in my efforts. Besides, I have to travel more than 100 miles to find one, usually. However, I am ready to step up my game and accept and learn from my fails. Hopefully, the MSP's will have enough patience to endure the process and choose to keep me.

I am looking forward to connecting and learning the business and all the parts I play.
