What am I to do if I have a situation that is not on the "Shop Details" and I've emailed the scheduler and received no response?
I want to remain in good standing, but my scenario is not showing on the instructions, and it could ultimately appear as if I didn't complete the shop but was told something different by the store so I was unable to proceed.
If there is a phone number I would try calling. Then if I still haven't got a response I would have documents to prove when they finally do respond if it's not resolved by then
