Missing Shop Payments

I recently conducted a bunch of shops for 360 relay, but some of them didn't show up in my payments tab after they were submitted. I left several messages with their help desk and emailed them but never got a response.

I also referred a friend who conducted the same mystery shop and had the same problem. He should have gotten his pay and reimbursement, and I should have gotten a referral bonus for it.

This is like over $100 in shop payments that were never paid and I should have gotten over a month ago. I did get paid for one of the shops but I am still missing like 4 payments. I have all the receipts and pics too. These were specifically for Nick the Greek restaurants.

Has anyone else had this problem or has anyone else had to get through to the help desk before? What number should I call to just get ahold of ISecretShop customer service? Any insight would be great. Thank you all so much.

These shops were conducted more than two months ago xO


And they don't even show up in my shopper profile at all anymore, but I know I submitted them and still have receipts.

I did a shop and after 45 days it says it paid but my bank hasn’t seen anything and it’s been days. They haven’t responded to emails or their preferred text messages. What do I do?

Did they accept your shop after the shop was done? I submitted a shop with them today with all the details needed and pictures as requested within 2 hours of shop. They outright declined my shop without providing a reason. That seems really shady to me. Like they assigned the shop, I completed it as instructed. They got all the data they needed then not approving the shop or payment. I’m very upset with this client now. I don’t think I can trust this client in the future without this was properly resolved.
