Sorry if this is a silly question but I'm extremely new to this: where do I find my "shopper code"? I'm working on filling out a review and I can't find the shopper code anywhere. It's not the same as the Shop ID, is it?

If it's something in your shop report, you can contact your scheduler with any questions. Their contact information would be in the shop details.

If you are referring to the Shopper ID - it is unique number that every shopper has, and it's generated when you create a profile. You can find it on the top of the Update Profile page when you login to iSecretShop.

Every shopper has an iSS ID code when they start or sign up. After that, there is no specific shopper identification. Even with the new Get Verified feature, there is no new code to provide as part of the verification process. Happy shopping
