Who do I get in contact with regarding my account?

I just recently had a ton of shops deleted from my account.

i have some of the shop numbers and when they were completed because when I noticed it the first time I started writing everything down. My shopper rating went down over 300 points in one day and I talked with someone on the phone who said he took care of it and I was still scheduled for payment. But my rating is down very low and I am doing the work and being ripped off. Someone please point me in the right direction...
