I recently did a bank shop. I "confided" that I have issues with spending more than I have in my account. This fatherly banker very nicely proceeded to educate me on how to eliminate this problem in my life. My problem was that he felt that after his extensive talk I no longer needed to worry about overdrafts ever again. How to get the information I needed to complete my shop??? Once I got back to my car I couldn't stop laughing.
I'd love to do more Coyle shops. I've only been accepted for one shop: a recorded hotel reservation and cancellation. Their ICA also states that I can't do any restaurant shops because I work at a restaurant. No other MSP has that restriction. Any suggestions or advice?
I've been shopping for about 5 months and do about 10 shops per month. I focus on restaurants, fine dining, entertainment. I tend to go for the higher end shops. That's just more fun for me and I enjoy new challenges.
I'm a little confused by the points and how they correlate to ranking. The first 3 shops I did, I went to 80%. The next shop I received 20 points, but only went to 98%. The shop after that I received 20 points but only went to 3% on level 2.
Is there any correlation between points earned and percentage rank?
Also, I have completed 5 bowling shops but don't have a bowling badge.
Is there a way to figure any of this out?
It was one of my first shops with my partner: a bar integrity shop. So, we leave the building and as we are walking to the car he says loudly something like, "That shop went well!" just as we are walking past an employee that looked like she was putting a case of liquor into the trunk of a car. I'm guessing that she either did not hear him or had no idea what it meant.
New rule: we don't talk about the shop until we are in the car with the doors closed.
A recent assignment listed the phone number as 123 456 7891. It was a lunch shop but when I went online to their website to make the call, I noticed that they had no lunch items on their menu. I asked and they said that they do not serve lunch.
I have done 6 bowling and bar compliance shops. No badge for either of them yet.
Same with the experience on the points that seem to have no correlation to the ranking progress.
Yeah - I care a little. Isn't that why the badges were created?
Anyone out there have an answer? We're curious.
Hi,
I usually do shops in the Chicago area, but have recently done a shop in Florida. Will that count towards a Globetrotter badge? Who awards those?
I am moving to Germany and am looking for MSPs who have clients there. I have permission to work in any European Union country.
