Did you click Complete or Finalize? If after finalizing your shop, you're given the opportunity to un-finalize if you made a mistake. Also, if you see sections within the shop show Complete, you can still edit. It may show as "6 of 6," meaning that you've answered all questions. You can still go in that section to edit. I do this quite often. Sometimes right after a shop I enter on my phone to get it down while fresh in my mind. Then I go home and edit for grammar and spelling. I save a copy for my records. The sections show as complete but I haven't submitted.
I recently found this helpful Facebook group, Shopper Scheduler Editor Connect, https://m.facebook.com/groups/169736539727403?view=info&refid=18. Also, you can try the member list on the MSPA website.
I've been a part time shopper for about 4 years. 2 points from lessons learned about getting paid. 1. Read each Independent Contractor Agreement! They all look pretty much the same but each usually lists when you can expect to get paid. Some may say 45 days from the end of the month in which a shop is performed. That could mean you won't be paid for 2 months or more. 2. Again, read the agreement carefully so you wont make the same mistake I did. By signing most agreements, you're acknowledging that you have a 1099. However, some require that you either email or mail it to them. After 2 months of not getting paid from one company, I went back and found my mistake. Within 1 week of sending in my 1099, my payment was in my PayPal.

When I use the mobile site or app, the geographical area seems to be set. I see plenty of shops in Seattle, 12 miles away by boat but 1 hour (and costly) by ferry. I usually set my shops for 40+ miles. It's easy to do this on the full site. Is there a way to change settings in the app or on mobile site?
How long does it take for completed shops to show up as Pending after completing? I usually have shops show within a few days of submission, although some take up to 45 days to pay. Recently completed 6 shops and received a confirmation email but they're not on payment page.
I also keep a spreadsheet. I figure most shops aren't processed for 30 to 45 days from the end of the month in which a shop was done. I expect most of my July shops will be paid in mid September. What I've always liked about the iSecretShop platform is that I can see all the pending payments shortly after a shop is completed. I'm always surprised at the number of shoppers who complain about slow pay. Almost every IC contact has the payment policy.
