I’m not sure if anyone else had this problem over the last week or maybe sometime in the past.
According to my payment/invoice history, I had a payment released to PayPal on March 8th from Intouch. This payment has not been received in my PayPal account. This is very unusual as I have received a dozen payments from them and it always posts in PayPal the same day it is updated as Paid from Intouch. I waited a few days as sometimes there is a delay between when the MSP release the money and it posts to PayPal before sending an email to Intouch’s support. I asked if they could confirm if the payment was transmitted without issue and if there is a transaction or receipt number associated with it which I could use to contact PayPal if needed. I have not gotten a response back (sent email 2 days ago).
Has this ever happened to anyone?
Yes, it’s verified and I have received many payments from them over the last year which is why this is so unusual.
I sent another email to their Help email address as I have not gotten any response from last weeks inquiry. It’s been over a week now so even a potential posting delay with PayPal wouldn’t be the issue.
