Assigned shops

Hey there,

So Im new to this and have a question.

I have an assigned shop that I assigned for 2/17/19. I'd like to do it earlier if possible but don't want to get negative points if I cancel and reschedule plus the shop is not showing as an available shop anymore.

Does it work AGAINST YOU IF YOU TRY TO RESCHEDULE FOR A EARLIER DATE?

is THAT THEY BEST WAY TO DO THAT OR WOULD EMAILING THE COMPANY BE BETTER? or JUST WAITING TILL THE 17TH TO DO IT BE BETTER?
