    I used to live in the Inland Empire before moving out to the wild and wooly west. I'm out here in Texas now, but I did some shopping in Cali.

I'm late to the party regarding this particular thread... I agree communication with the scheduler/editor is key if a shop does not go as planned on my end or go as planned at the location I am observing.
