Secret shopping while traveling

How do I go about getting assigned jobs that are far away from me while I'm traveling? I'm from Iowa, but I travel a lot to places like Texas and Colorado and I would like to be able to do jobs while I'm there since there are never many jobs posted where I live.

I'm always getting rejected for the web/call jobs for not living in a certain area. They won't reject me for not being from there like they do the web/calls jobs?

Are there more things to do other than jobs posted in my area?

There are hardly ever many jobs posted in my area, but I do want to contribute as much as possible in many different types of shops. Are there any other options or ways to do more than just the shops that are posted?

Recording Apps

I was wondering about this myself. I have a recording app on my phone that was preinstalled, but I thought that was for recording audio in a room (like a song you're listening to). It will also record your phone calls? How do I get it to do that?
