Yesterday I received this message that a shop survey I submitted was "declined because the client advised us that it is a new restaurant that should not have been included in the list of locations to be visited. We will however still be compensating you for the visit and the reimbursement."
I receive the compensation for the visit and the reimbursement for the purchase in my payments.
However, according to
https://support.isecretshop.com/hc/en-us/articles/201564064-What-are-shopper-points-Do-they-matter-
"If a shop is declined by the MSP (and not deemed acceptable to release to the client) it deducts points."
Does anyone have any experience with a situation like this? Are points automatically deducted when a shop is declined and if yes, is there a way for to reimburse the points?
Update: The iSecretShop support team replied to me that the shop was declined without a point deduction.
I just started doing shops for LCBO stores which are stores that sell alcoholic beverages in Ontario. I noticed my points for the surveys are going into the "Adult Entertainment" category. Is this a mistake?
