Hey all! Just started last week and I can’t believe how much I love Secret Shopping already. I’ve done five shops over two days and can’t get enough!

New and trying to figure out how to start?

-Just get to it! Pick a day and an area and assign yourself some shops you could do over the whole day.

-Be diverse! If you shop food stores all day, you might regret it the next day.

-Prep! Just read the shop and the documents - it’s like following a script.

-And practice your acting skills! The key to being good at shopping is to not be a shopper.

Hope this helps all the new shoppers, like me, get in some great shops!

Hi! I’ve done a few Menards already…

The ‘periods’ are really just the different departments you are required to contact. If it’s three departments to present your scenario to, then you’ll only report through period three. I had a two to consult with. The other departments will allow you to bypass them once you’ve met the requirement for number of departments.

The shop is easy if you do most of the app questions as you move along the process.

Team members wear badges so it’s easy to get names - and you MUST get names.
