Service Measure

Hi, I don't know a lot, but I can tell you it comes from the company. There are a variety of categories and when you complete a shop, they evaluate you for that shop. To my best understanding, if you complete and submit on time, you get a badge for reliability. If you complete and do a great job you might get one for accuracy. Just do your best in different categories and you get badges. Where I live very few shops show up, so I will have a long wait to add more badges. They do take note of your badges and may reach out to someone with a good badge profile, so it is worth paying attention. Be mindful, this is my interpretation of the badges and although what I have written is accurate, I am sure someone else can broaden that answer to help you understand even more. Good luck, have fun and stay safe. Cary

Money

I lost my "real" job because of Covid and do not want a full time job. I started mystery shopping on June 4 and have put $4000 in the bank +lots of free food. It is very very time consuming and takes an abundance of organization. It isn't for everyone and it ends up being much less than minimum wage. However, you work on your own schedule, you work and choose times and opportunities that interest you and you have varied experiences. The money flows in at different times, so it is unreliable if you need it instantly. Sign up for a lot of different companies in order to have choices on a regular basis. I have companies that I have done only one or two shops for in four months because they have little to offer and companies that only offer a choice that I can't repeat for 3-6 or12 months. I hope this is helpful. Incidentally, I am a young 75 and the stories I can tell are enjoyable and better than watching tv or going shopping and spending money with lots of free time. Good luck and have fun.
