Welcome, I have been out of the loop and just starting back after a few years off. I wish when I started that someone had told me the main goal to the client is a glowing report. Of course we have to be honest and let them know of unprofessional customer service and dirty environment BUT emphasize the positive. I started in 2000 and I thought it was my job to go in there and pick apart every wrong thing and report employees. I was very critical. Over time my assignment offerings became less and less. Time off for health reasons, I stayed on the list but didn't take any shops. Now I'm raring to go again. As I was redoing the certification process I realize that a glowing report is the goal. A well written, well prepared, correct report is more important than a critical list of minor issues. I know you're going to be great at this, Have fun.
