Hello,

Has anyone had a shop approved for payment and then the shop returned to you for more information that you do not have since you left the location already?

i have a mystery shop at a restaurant and one of the components is to do a phone call and ask the restaurant a few questions. They ask me to get the persons name as well- how do you do this without being suspected of being a mystery shopper??
