Hi everyone,

I would like to take part in phone education shops (e.g. phone shops where I pretend to be interested in a particular program with a college/technical school), but seem to have flopped on my first attempt.

I prepared for the assignment by (1) reading all the guidelines for the shop several times, (2) researching the institution and degree program, and (3) researching what the degree is in general (for example, if it was a program that awards an MBA, then I looked into what an MBA was, what types of careers use MBAs, etc.).

What more can I do to prepare for a phone education shop? Should I stick with phone education shops that are most closely related to the degrees I actually hold? Does it matter?
