You can ask your scheduler if they would match the bonus but I would definitely not cancel. You nearly always get a bad reputation for cancellations even if the system lets you reassign the same shop.
I had trouble with a quiz, took a PDF of what I had filled out, and sent it to the "Help" email address. I got a response pretty quickly that helped me pass.
Do you mean you are trying to obtain a phone number with the same area code as where your shop is located? You can go onto Google Voice and create a number that will forward calls and texts to your actual number (from what I understand). Looks like you can choose what area code you want. I have not ever done this myself, so I don't know about reliability.
How to get bonuses all depends on what company you are working for. If a scheduler is available, ask them and never feel ashamed (they will definitely tell you if they cannot bonus). If the system is automated, use a number you think it will never accept the first time and go down in increments to the lowest fee you can accept. I used to shop full time but now I only shop part time. I never take a shop without a bonus these days, and I honestly think I make more than I did when I was working twice as hard for base pay. The time of the month (or quarter) the shop is performed has a lot to do with how shops are bonused. Hope this helps.
This post says that it was written 17 days ago which would have made it around May 24. Alta 360 does not pay until the last day of the month generally - are you sure it said "Paid" and not "OK to Pay"? When did you perform the shops? If you performed shops for them in May, you should get paid on June 30.
