Hello all, I am new here and have a couple of questions. How do I get shops that re strictly done by phone? I am a stay-at-home mom and these types of shops are the only ones that suits me. I noticed that whenever I wanted to get a shop, it indicated I need to have at least one reputation. What is it and how do I obtain it?

I am new here and in need of some clarifications. On some shops, it says that I cannot apply for the shop unless I have at least one reputation. Please explain what this means and how can I obtain it?
