GSC Field Research Exam

Has anyone else experienced an issue where they are sure they are answering a question correctly but it is marked as wrong?

Can someone help me figure out why I keep getting one question wrong on the GCS Field Research Exam? I have even went back and changed my answer several times because I still got it wrong.
