Hello! I am new to ISS (well not brand new, but just returning back to action) but not to mystery shopping, I've used a few other platforms before and I've really been enjoying this one. I look forward to learning more about the different scenarios available and hearing about other Shopper experiences!

I am in the PNW, mostly Seattle area but do travel to Spokane often as well. I focus on ID and Restaurant Shops as it works best with my current schedule for evening hours.

Prism Intelligence is the platform iSecretShop uses, isn’t it?

I believe that's correct, they are the owner/creator of iSecretShop as well as some other platforms that they use for consumer surveys, etc. They are also an MSP and I agree they are solid.
