Telling them that you are a shopper may give the targeted employee or store a heads up. I have the Ray Ban Meta smart glasses and I have overcame these obstacles. I can snap photos as ling as no one sees the light flash on my glasses. Just thought Id throw a suggestion out there. Maybe and hopefully it helps someone. Thanks!

I completed a Purdue global shop. It didnt need the education badge. Once it gets accepted, I should have it.

I did an apartment mystery shop on Tuesday morning at 11:00 am.

I finished filling out the whole report except for the last section, because the guidelines say to wait 72 hours before finalizing my report (I'm supposed to see if I get any kind of follow up from the property). However, I keep getting emails saying my shop is overdue, even though it hasn't been 72 hours yet.

So, I tried to go ahead and finalize the report but I keep getting an error message stating, "Unable to finalize your shop. Make sure to complete and check your shop start and finish times."

I'm not sure what they mean by "finish time." Is it when I left the apartment viewing on Tuesday morning? Or is it Friday morning at 11:00 am when it has technically been 72 hours?

I emailed my scheduler and I submitted a help desk ticket and no one has gotten back to me.

I spent many hours filling out the report and I don't want all my hard work to go to waste!

What should I do?!

I actually talked to one of the MSPs regarding this issue. I was told to disregard the emails once I completed my report. They wont fall off like they would if you didnt complete ANY of the info. The advice I received on apartment shops is to 1. complete the report portion. 2. give the scheduler an update so it is on thier radar that it is done. 3. ignore the emails. I hope this helps. I do a considerable amount of apartment shops and by taking this advice, I have remained successful.

I'm in Denver, Colorado. I work for over 13 different companies. It really depends on where you live but some of my favorites are working directly with Cirrus, Insight, IntelliShop, Bare International, Coyle, Market Force, and Best Mark. iSS is by far my favorite. I also do Field Inspections and Auditing through their sister company.
