New Member Questions

Hello, I am struggling to find the information on how/where to get the recorded call going. I watched the tutorial videos on ISS videos, and she said that the app and website does not record calls. She was very adamant that you’ll have to call the number listed on the assignment details the MSP gives you to record your call. But when I look at the instructions from the MSP, it’s saying that I need to make the call through the ISS app or website. I keep getting mixed messages and no clear answer. Can anybody help? I think I need step by step call recording for dummies version, lol. I am super confused and have looked everywhere I could think of.
