360 intel problems

Has anyoblems with 360 Intel? they declined our $130 shop for not getting an alcoholic drink, but they never said it had to be alcoholic. $130 is a lot of money, they're not even responding to emails.


Also, they said that they can't pay me because they can't use the information, but now I can see a shop available for the same place but ONLY at the bar. It's like they used my information, but now realize they need to specify about the bar and are now doing a specific shop for that.


Any advice on how to handle this would be great. I am thinking about what legal action I can take. I fulfilled our agreement, they need to fulfill thier side and pay us.

I'm so sorry to hear that happened to you! If I were you, I'd definitely re-download the guidelines they emailed to you when you were assigned the shop first and re read everything. If you're still positive you followed the guidelines to a tee, call them instead of emailing. I suggest the calling part because I've recently been going through similar problems with them; no response to most emails, and quite a few denied shops I submitted. I'm completely shocked that three shops I did for them recently got denied. I've never had this occur on such a large scale. Once in a blue moon I screw up but not like this. I've done these shops numerous times so I know something is going on with them. So now, when I do a shop for them I screen shot all calls placed and received, guidelines received, recordings of calls I make I save even if not recorded with their line as well. Good luck to you.

Yikes, I hope they respond to you guys. I've done a couple of shops with them recently but they were approved. I even had email correspondence with them.

I have a quick update; I just completed another three shops for them this week and had no problems whatsoever, even had quick responses via email. They are back to normal in my book, I hope everything works out for you guys too!

I have done 49 shops for 360 Intel since 2014, and I just received my first "declined shop." I admitted that I did not take a picture of the dining room; I truthfully just forgot to take the picture. All of the other pictures were submitted. How can I be sure that 360 Intel does not use any portion of my shop since I worked very hard on the narrative, other than just taking the word of the editor? I have requested a notarized letter indicating that no portion of my writing will be used, but I do not know if I will get a response. I take pride in my writing, and even though I missed one guideline, I feel that I am being harshly punished. I really don't care that I will lose points; I would just like my $40 reimbursement for the shop. It's bad enough that 360 Intel does not provide a shop fee as many other mystery shops do. (P.S. I have been mystery shopping for over 30 years, and this is my first rejection!)

I am horrified by the poor management.

They have been late paying me both times and I have not heard a single response from them.


I won't be working with them again.


Still not paid 5 days late just now spoke with management.

I am still shocked and unpaid.

WWhen you entered the shop you surely knew you were missing the pic. Why did you go back or notify them you may be late to take that shot?

I hope the issue is resolved soon to your satisfaction. I've done several assignments with them and they are one of my favorites. They have been very accommodating and helpful.

So did you receive the 130.00 or was it ultimately your fault?

I have completed many assignments with this company and I have made some mistakes along the way where I did receive a few rejected shops but I have to admit that they were definitely my fault. I have also received a few breaks as well.

I am going to say that this company is probably in my top 5 as far as favorites and I feel like they are pretty much fair when dealing with the requirements and expectations involved.
