So tell me, what's new in the mystery shopper world. One thing I've already noticed is the web and phone shops. This is a great thing for me! Previously, all shops were in person, on-site, and even handwritten! I love the diversity of shop request options now available.

I agree. I signed up years ago and never really looked at it. I finally completed my profile. I'm looking forward to the remote shops.

Same here EvieB. I actually did the MSPA silver certification 15 or more years ago! It's interesting to me. The pay hasn't significantly increased since then. But the resources and the tech have exponentially improved. Making shops much easier to gather all information in one place and greatly reducing time spent. What are your thoughts on that? I once did an apartment shop. It took 2 days, then an extra 1-2hrs to complete the handwritten report:)
