Online account and app are not syncing

Hello,

I've noticed that my online account and the app I use on my phone aren't syncing any data. I'm brand new to this website and to mystery shopping all together and this inability to carry my info from one device to another has caused me to lose my first 2 jobs due to not being able to access the info I needed to complete them. I have emailed the site owners with no luck. Any one have any ideas?
