Hello! I am new to shopping and new to this Forum. I only do phone and computer shops. I came across a phone shop today that spoke of a “target” - where would I find this person in the shop details? I have read through the shop 3 times and there’s only one name at the top of the shop details is this the “target “ or the client who ordered the shop job?

Hi Melanie, the target will be provided when the shop is assigned to you in the shop instructions. Basically, the target is a specific person they want you to speak to or observe. (usually) if you need any other help let me know!

Hi Melanie. If you have been assigned the shop and are uncertain of the target, just clarify with the scheduler.

So they would have to be working that day.
