Brand new!

Hello, I have been shopping for a few months and I love the time taken to improve the shopper experience. Being disabled, it's awesome to have something to do that makes me feel like I am contributing to society. Keep up the good work ISS.

how does this work?

Hi Trista,

Jennifer gave you all the info. It really is as simple as that. I have found as a shopper that the date range is extremely beneficial, as I have flexibility around my health. I know for a fact that any inquiries concerning a shop are answered rapidly. HAPPY SHOPPING!!!!!

Best and Worst MSPs?

I don't think that is fair, because just because I have a bad experience with a company doesn't mean everyone else will. And, it isn't ethical in my opinion.

Every date returns error, "Shopper has scheduled [date] - Please schedule more than 2 day(s) apart."

The error message still pops up. I just tried requesting a phone shop. The frustrating thing is that the same shop (listed multiple times), has the same date range and gives the same error. Although in some of the agreements it says I may have to contact the company directly, I am disabled, so I request or self assign around my health appointments. To minimize frustrating issues, I simply seek another company. PROBLEM SOLVED

iSS App ... helpful or not???

I have found that for the simple data input and photo upload it's a good idea to use the app. However, because the comment boxes get covered when I am typing, I enter lengthy comments via my laptop. But, if I forget to save and exit it's a good idea to always take notes.
