You are not alone, I too have been declined because I am over 21.? :-)

I never use a living family member on these shops either as my shop would turn out a disaster as I would get extremely emotional.? The first time I performed one of these shops I used my grandmother as she passed 15 years ago and it was still a little difficult to get through the call.? However, it does get easier the more times you perform this shop.
