Try contacting your scheduler to dispute the rejection. Explain how you were able to get the names of some of the employees and offer reasons why you were unable to obtain the names of other employees (ie no name tag, name tag hidden by hair or sweater or apron, employee behind counter so too far to read name). Good luck!
In the future I would not take that low pay for the high amount of work, so just read through the guidelines before accepting.
I did an undisclosed and non-reveal audit last week where the old lady would not give me the price of the item I inquired about. She claimed I was going to alert her competitors and would only tell me the price if I purchased it lol. I just noted that in my report and it still got approved.
I had a chuckle today when I requested a series of restaurant phone shops to evaluate customer service but was denied all of them because “Shopper and Guest must be between the ages of 21 - 40”. Apparently us old geezers in our forties are too dang old to give customer service feedback and dine out in Ohio
