Beginner!

I have been messaging my scheduler through ISS and via email and never hear back. So I texted them and they replied to communicate through ISS or email. I just have questions about when I will be paid and if one of the shops I did is completed.

Problems with making calls thru iSS

I have been having problems with one of shops I am assigned. I have not had problems with any of them but this one. I contacted tech support and they said it's a carrier problem and they can't help. My scheduler said to record it with a recording device on my phone, so I did and it didn't work, I listen to the recording and it didn't record anything.
