I usually just make it look like I'm texting. It works everytime especially for photos when employees are very close to whatever you need to photograph.

I've changed the dates plenty of times and have had no issues. I will check with the scheduler beforehand though because sometimes date changes aren't allowed since other shoppers may be shopping that same place. If it shows the "reschedule" button next to shop, it shouldn't be an issue to just reschedule it yourself though.

I've done several shops for them and have positive experiences with each. There should be a phone number listed in the guidelines as well. At least in my case a phone number was provided.
