HI everyone. Just completed a dry cleaning shop which resulted in the place ruining my $130 blouse! So mad!! I wore it 1×, for a few hours at a Christmas dinner. The MSP asked me for additional photos of the damage to submit with my report, which I appreciated. This was Hour Glass Cleaners in Excelsior, MN. They did fine with the wool sweater I brought in, but but my delicate blouse is wrecked: snags, holes, bead ornamentation stripped off. They haven't returned my call about this, either. If anyone else shops this chain, I hope your clothes fare better than mine. :(
