I tried to request a job and it said to contact afarrell@itouchinsight.com so I did. How long does it take for you to get approved?

It all depends on the specific shop you requested, the time of the week or month when it was requested, if you've also requested it via the Available Shops page or not, etc.

The best way to ensure you increase your chances of getting your request approved, and that ti happens soon, is to do 2 things:

1. Request the shop via the Available Shops page, and request it for the soonest available date.
2. Email the MSP to let them know you've requested it. Note - if you email individual schedulers (like afarrell@itouchinsight.com), there is a chance that they won't be at the office. So the best way to contact them is to use the official contact information. In this case, it would be:

If you sent an email to the email address you posted, then you probably won't get a reply since you misspelled the domain name.

It's intouchinsight.com, not itouchinsight.com
