Trying to start a shop, but when I click on start shop, all I see are questionnaires as of I have already completed the shop. I am,supposed to view a video but I can't find a link to view the video. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks for any help.

There should also be a link to the shops written guidelines. Those guidelines should tell you how to access required video instructions. “Start Shop” is used to start your report and, at times, time stamp your arrival at the location.
