Hi guys,

I'm a newbie and I have been taking the course tests. Anyway, I have a question on one of the tests that I can not get right. I have answered it every way possible and still it is wrong. I am unable to pass this test until I get this one question correct. I am very frustrated and tired, can anyone help me with it? The question is:
