My name is Jennifer and I am from Florida. I have been mystery shopping as a primary source of income for over a year now. I started shopping after my husband got sick and could not stay alone all day. We travel a nice part of Florida and sometimes Georgia.

When I first got started, I was so overwhelmed, but also wanted to help others. I started a FB group for newbie shoppers. I didn't want to have to go to a different group for each app, so we talk about all our faves. I also wanted to make sure people knew how to find legitimate companies to shop for and I have several schedulers who have joined us.

One of the industry's most notable route/video shopper is a part of my group, so we all get trusted answers on video shops.

I love the flexibility to work on my schedule and thankfully our bills are not overwhelming, so I get a chance to also work at home on projects I want to accomplish there.

Hi!! I'm right above you in Georgia!! I've actually went down into FL doing jobs over the years, including just last week. I also travel most of the southeastern and middle portion of Ga as well as southeastern SC. I've been mystery shopping over 16 years now.

If you don't mind me asking, which part of FL are you? I actually live near Savannah, Ga.

I am not new to mystery shopping. I started with another company almost two years ago and still contract for them. I saw an ad in the local paper for ISS and thought I would check them out. Over four months now and I like ISS so I will be sticking around for the long-term.

I live in Alberta, work in northern Alberta, but my home and family is in southern Alberta. Unfortunately, I rarely get home because I work so far away. So instead, I travel between two jobs and do lots of mystery shopping, both for extra money and as a way to see places I have never been. For April and May, I will be all over northern Alberta and into parts of BC. I like helping businesses know what they are doing well and how to improve, and I like the many people I have met since I started mystery shopping.

Hello, I am new to this forum after I tried a couple of ISS shops before the pandemic....I want to get started again...Could someone plz give suggestions on how u stay organized, with the different jobs, scheduled done, paid, not paid, expenses, etc...I want to try and treat it like a Real Business! Anyway, greetings from the FL Tampa Bay area. :)

To stay organized, I created a spreadsheet on which I track all my shops: clients, locations, dates, MSCs, expenses, payments, reimbursements, other important notes.

Welcome Cecilia! I live in Canada and do the majority of my shops in Ontario. However, I have done shops in Tampa and Armand Circle when I am staying in Anna Maria Island. Love the area!
