I have done some restaurant shops and really enjoy the experience. I find it can sometimes be frustrating to try to find ways to get a name if im not told the name by the server. I appreciate the opportunity but was hoping to expand into other areas other than restaurants. Hope I find some of them here.

A tip: just say, 'what is your name? You have been very helpful today' or something like that. Also, the more shops you do the more you will be available. Use the ISSPrep courses to earn certifications and expand your mileage parameters. Also, sign the contracts with each shop available. Enjoy!
