How do you get Shopping Scout certified? When I tried to click on an assignment, it said I needed that certification, but I couldn't find anywhere on the isecretshop website that said how to do it. Any help on this matter is appreciated!

If you create a ticket and let them know you want to be considered they will add you to a list.

have you tried the certification tab. There are some certifications you must complete before you can sign up for a shop.

i did that and paid for one of them as well.

I dont think this is it.

When you request the job a pop-up window will say you have to have the certification AND there should be an email on the pop-up.

Send a note to the email listed indicating you are interested in the training.

The training is a live zoom meeting. It takes about 1 hour. Take screen shots as you go. These will be helpful for the test as well as when you are in the field.
