I''m also a little annoyed that a pending shop disappeared from my profile. I resubmitted it, but it seems to take awhile to hear back compared to direct mystery companies.

I also completed everything I could in the profile including some quizes and I still am only at 86%.

My advice regarding that shop situation would be to directly contact the MSP that posted the shop in question, using their official contact info, or to open a support ticket for iSecretShop to get the info you need.

As for the 86% - if you are referring to that progress bar under your name and badges, that is the progress towards the next level of your Reputation badge, it will increase as you gain points, by completing shops, or Opinion Pols, or courses at iSSprep.cm.
