Hi

Not sure if anyone has experience with a company called 360 Relay. I did a couple of Planet Fitness shop via ISS for 360 Relay, and this morning I have received an notification that I am being deactivated by 360 Relay due to fraudulent shop. I contacted the rep right away, and they claimed that according to the footage shared by client, I refuse to take a tour because "I said that I am too busy", which isn't the case at all. I asked about the tour because the staff in front saying that he was the only one available in store and I even walked around the store, checking everything by myself. When I asked for the footage to confirm that it is me, the rep refused, and would not even tell me what appeal I was wearing in the footage.

Is there anything I can do to fight in this case? I really feel like the MSC can just say whatever they want and we are screwed with no way to fight back....

These companies are fickle. They dont want anything that requires them issues.

I did not know we could work a planet fitness, honestly I have not been on for long. actually I preformed 2 shops wrong before watching the videos and getting the certifications. lol. But I am definitely going to try that one. One of the MSC's that I turned in wrong for was360. I also emailed the Shop scheduler at scheduler@360-Relay.com and apologized for my mistake and hopefully they do not take action against my score.

I had a similar experience on a planet fitness assignment. The company claimed that I never requested or did the tour on my own. After verifying my statement and what I was wearing during the tour, and I got paid.

Hi, it's nice when shops go well, but for me I think a shop could be challenging if not followed and completed exactly as indicated for the shop to be. So if you do a shop and forget or do in error even one single thing that may seem small or like nothing at the time, could have a big impact: resulting in all of the valuable time spent on the shop being gone, possible money to get to and from the shop being gone, and or further money incurred to complete the shop being gone, and additionally...the fact of the history for rapport on the site. For this reason I try to follow instructions and do the jobs just like any other job (example: a server at a restaurant) because just like with other jobs, it could take only one mistake and a person could be fired permanently from the job and have that on file, with the staff and company involved knowing their name (who they are) and aware of the situation. But I think if there are negative feelings, that it's good to remember that you can simply not take on a shop or take a break from shops because as far as I know members are free to do what they want. However, if there is illegal or wrongful activity of another person or people/company it may be best to use conflict resolution skills and do so in a careful step by step way until resolution has been made, as well as keep a note or file about it for your own records because if someone accuses someone else of fraudulent activity (fraud) is serious.

ok, so there's a CYA step I always do on my shops for instances like this... hope it helps you guys. There's an app called Timestamp camera that's free. It's just like your camera, but also watermarks the GPS location, time and date of where that photo was taken. During my tours or visits I always make an excuse to whip that camera out and snap a few pictures (two being selfies of me entering the shop, exiting) and then making up reasons why I absolutely HAVE to get a photo of this because (insert your own or copy my excuse) "Man, my girlfriend is really missing out, she would absolutely love the way this place looks! I'm going to snap a few pictures for her and brag when I get home so we can come back later and get a membership/lunch/buy a car, etc." If there's any doubts, I have usually about five photos all with GPS, address, time and date stamp ready to wield like a razor sharp sword if anybody has any doubts that I was too busy to do something.
