I have been a mystery shopper for several years but I took a "break" but I need to know how do I earn badges? Education, fast food etc....

I see that some shops require you to be at a certain level shopper or have a certain badge but if I can't shop that specific assignment until I get a badge in that category how can I get a badge in that category to be able to do that shop?

There are educational videos on the home page you can complete for credit. Start with the free courses. There is another course for $9.95, but it is not mandatory.
