Hey there!

I'm not new to mystery shopping but I am new to this platform. I recently requested a shop with a listed payment of $100 + 10 bonus, and after it was assigned to me it was changed to $75. I contacted the scheduler about it and they said they would only pay the $75, which seems pretty sketchy to me because now I canceled it and it dings my shopper score. Has anyone else dealt with this?

This is my 1st time in this forum also. I've been with 2 secret shopper companies for about 11 yrs and have not had that problem. I would have done the same as you and canceled. If it's documented as $100.00, then they should have honored that amount. Sorry that happened to you. Hang in there! Christi

when do i get paid for jobs completed by 11/27 I ws told it was today , i was told it was last week and they cant find it. I was sent nothing. Who do I call, email?
