I’m having the same problem and I opened a ticket also. It must be a general problem, hopefully it gets fixed soon.

I just got a reply to my original ticket and they told me that there will be an update in the next 36 hours to fix this problem.

i might be wrong but I don’t think you receive any. You are an independent contractor and have to declare it on your own. But I’m not 100% sure.

I’ve rarely ever seen any either.

I have seen only 1 I think in the year I’ve been on it.

Are the badges still not working? I’m a level 3 and I’m at 100% now but it didn’t go to level 4. I also started posting on the forum and never got my badge for that? Are others having issues with them too?

They are legitimate, I’ve been paid by them often. Only once did they go past the 45 days and they paid as soon as I contracted them.

Contact the scheduler, maybe they could help.
