I haven't tired the app. I use the browser on my phone or desktop with no problem. Maybe give that a try?

Hope my suggested is allowed. Try myshopperforum and MSPA (MSC association); both have big list of companies. The more companies you sign up with; better chance of shops in your area : )

It best to just call them. I called yesterday to change the date on a shop. I had emailed and text them on the weekend. They are super nice in person.

From scheduler: If you are logged in on iSS, you will see a link that says "iSS Prep Certifications" on the top of your screen. Click this link, log in using your iSS Shopper credentials, and then enter "DR1313" in the search bar to find the Dead Ringers certification course.
